Just emailed this to the Lynn News Newsdesk to highlight this article and asked them to publish an article highlighting this including asking dog owners to keep their dogs on a lead etc etc.

Getting dog owners to keep their dogs on a lead is virtually impossible in my experience Penny, don't forget the dog lead is only there to be draped around the owners neck as a fashion accessory and the dog is 1/4 mile away at least anyway flushing every decent bird within sight! lol
