What an unbelievable evening in athletics!!!! Thank goodness I got home just in time to watch three incredible athletes give everything they had for gold: Jessica Ennis in the heptathlon, Greg Rutherford in the long jump, and Mo Farah in the 10000m all win gold medals. Watching Jessica Ennis race the 800 metres and Mo Farah's race were just incredible and the roar from the crowds were equally incredible. 6 gold medals in all today bringing GB up to 3rd place in the medal table!
We just need Andy Murray to beat Roger Federer tomorrow and that really would be the icing on the cake!
