WEEK EIGHT
Gained 1.5 lbs today.    Total loss so far 8lbs

There haven't been any WW group meetings for the last two weeks. I went to a group meeting this evening and considering it was the christmas period I didn't do too badly really!!! I wasn't happy that I had gained obviously, but felt better when another lady said she had gained 7lbs over the last two weeks.
