Bird News!

Main Highlights in Norfolk – RBA
Snow Buntings x 4 at Salthouse
Golden Pheasant x 2 at Wolverton
Shorelark x 2, Snow Buntings x 52, Twite x 20, Slavonian Grebe, Common Scoter at Holme
Pomarine Skua at Cley
Black-bellied Dipper at Thetford
Taiga Bean Geese x 31 at Cantley Marshes RSPB
Ferruginous Duck at Cockshoot Broad
Shag at Long Stratton

I notice the PINE GROSBEAK is still in Shetland – pity this isn't a bit closer, looks a cracker and there are some stunning photographs of this bird.

WEATHER IN NORFOLK THIS WEEKEND
Saturday
Mainly dry and cold with a few wintry showers possible along the Norfolk coast, some brighter spells in the southeast. Scattered mainly light wintry showers developing inland later. Light winds.

Sunday
Cloudy on Sunday with locally heavy snow likely and a marked wind-chill with further sleet and snow on Monday.

High Tide: Saturday – 5.36am (7.1 m.). Sunday – 6.24am (7.4 m.).
