My mother along with another birder heard a Turtle Dove purring yesterday morning (Tuesday) in Holme village. Also note that Mick Saunt had one at Waxham yesterday also.
Via NARVOS: I read that a Common Crane was at Roydon Common this afternoon for around 2 hours before it flew off – pity it wasn't rung out, would have been nice for local people who weren't working to see, but hey ho!
