  1. Dear Penny, I am very sorry for all the horrible things that are happening in your life right now. When my father came out of hospital we were provided with a height-boosting cushion for him, as well as walking frame, commode and many other useful bits and pieces, by social services. Is it nor the same in Norfolk? Round Cromer way my aunt, who lived alone, had a lot of support given to her to keep her in her own home.

    Thinking of you and hoping things will get better soon.
