• The first Cretzschmar's Bunting was found on Fair Isle on this very day, 10th June 1967.
• The second was found again on Fair Isle in 1979.
• The third was found on Stronsay, Orkney in 1998.
• The fourth was found on North Ronaldsay in 2008.
