BEAUTIFUL MARBLED MOTH
First for Holme & Third for Norfolk!
Gary Hibberd, Warden at Holme Dunes NWT found this outside his moth trap this morning! Picture taken through plastic tube – took a lot of shots to even get this! Another Beautiful Marbled Moth was found in Hempstead-by-Holt this morning. Both these pictures were taken with macro lens and hand held. I only went out to see this moth, late afternoon. Its been pouring with rain all day and I have continued to sort stuff in my parent's house. The cat shot in the front door again this morning – I took it for a little ride back to the pub!
