Apple iMac Update

My iMac is still not working after re-installing OS Big Sur (see yesterday's post) and am very reluctant to carry out the next stage of erasing the entire iMac back to factory settings, so will ring the Apple Technicians on Saturday. The Irish team work on Saturday mornings and they are the very best Apple Technicians in my opinion. So will just have to use my laptop until then.

Update: I decided to re-install OS Big Sur for a second time and I was automatically asked for the password for my Wifi before I continued, this was not asked for on the first installation?! I was relieved to find that this second installation worked and my iMac appears to be working normally again, phew!
