SHETLAND BIRD NEWS & MORE!

Rare  Bird  Alert  News
MAINLAND
Red-throated Pipit at Sumburgh Head.
Ring-necked Duck at Loch of Hillwell.

ISLANDS
No news.

The three Siskins remain in my garden this evening. I was heading south to see the Red-throated Pipit, but felt too exhausted after work to head south and spend a long time searching for a pipit in long grass! Saving my energy until I finish work tomorrow for the beginning of my week's annual leave, which I may have booked just right, looking at the weather conditions!
