I was really looking forward to going birding today, but didn't feel very well, so will hopefully get out in the field on Saturday.
No sign of the Red-rumped Swallow at Holkham, Pallid Harrier at Flitcham, Cattle Egret at Sea Palling or the Iceland Gull at King's Lynn, much to the disappointment of many birders starting their year lists again – maybe they will reappear tomorrow!
