American Golden Plover on Isle of Mousa.
My thumb was so painful this evening I had to take paracetamol and ibuprofen. When I googled it said that it can be very painful for a couple of days after this injection and then settles down. Fell asleep and didn't notice until it was too late that there were Risso's Dolphins in Scalloway Harbour this evening. The good weather run has ended, raining today and over the next few days. Took a while to type this.
