This evening I made a scrumptious Nut Roast – it took forever to make, but was worth all the time and washing up! It was a recipe from the BBC Good Food website, which I printed out at least a couple of years ago, but I notice this same recipe is not on their site anymore.
Returning to Norfolk soon to visit Vivien & Ray, Lucy, some birdy friends, a family friend and my lovely ex OT colleague Hilary – a much shorter visit than March 2024, simply couldn't afford to spend more than seven nights in a hotel. Apart from one day, I will be spending all the others with my sisters. Looking forward to seeing Lucy's new flat too! Planned my itinerary, no deviations!
