AMERICAN COOT still in NE corner of Loch of Spiggie.
Little Auks x 31 flew past Sumburgh Head.
It took several hours, but managed to unpack loads of stuff in the office and moved everything out of the living room into the dining room. I've just realised that my parent's nature diaries, poetry, articles, photographic collection and slides take up far more than any of my things! Its going to be difficult to fit everything into the office, but hopefully it will all go in. Living room now empty and ready for the new carpet tomorrow.
The car is packed with empty boxes, so need to visit the dump before going to my hairdressing appointment in the morning, then back home for carpet and blind fitting. Then I have the tedious task of moving sofa, TV table, sofa bed chair, sofa, glass bookcase and everything else back into the living room. Also planning to put my new Christmas tree up this weekend. Pity I don't have the bookcases, new curtains, sofa and armchairs to complete this room, but should hopefully be completed by Spring.
