Camera Course

Desperately trying to finish my workbook of photographic assignments for final day and presentation tomorrow! One of the assignments was to including "freezing action using flash indoors or outdoors" - Our tutor suggested eg someone jumping off a bed or similar - well since there is only me and the cat sadly is no more - hmmmm... that would have made a brilliant picture Sapphire leaping off something, but anyway as I said there's only me now. Been racking my brains, trying to think of something moving in the house to 'freeze' and just thought of a brilliant idea - water boiling in the kettle - it worked and looks great!

F2.8 1/250 of a second ISO 400 - Canon Macro Lens EF 100mm 2.8.

  1. That's good. It looks like you have filled the kettle with polystyrene balls!
