A New Beginning Again!!!

With..... a last ditch attempt at losing weight. Yes, I know I've said this before, many times, but I'm going to try extra hard this time, really I am! I did start again in January, but with Father falling ill and everything thing else that has gone on this year, dieting was the last thing I had time to think about. Re-joined a local group tonight and it all kicks off tomorrow!

Those 10 Bee-eaters are STILL in Suffolk! I really, really want to see them – not enough time after work in the evenings. Just hope and pray they stay until the weekend at least, please! It was really cold this evening, which was a refreshing change from the stifling hot weather of late. Roll on Saturday! Andy Stoddart photographed the Bee-eaters in a tree!!! Here is the picture.
