NORFOLK BIRD NEWS & MEGAS!

Norfolk Bird News via 'Rare Bird Alert'
Turtle Dove, Spoonbills x 21, Curlew Sandpipers x 5, Spotted Redshanks x 16 at Titchwell RSPB.
Black Tern juv. flew west over East Bank, Spotted Redshank on Simmond's Scrape, Caspian Gull, Wood Sandpiper, Yellow-legged Gulls x 2 on Pat's Pool at Cley NWT.
White-rumped Sandpiper on south end of pits, Black Terns x 2, Little Stint, Spotted Redshanks x 10, Curlew Sandpipers x 6 at Snettisham RSPB.
Garganey x 10 at Strumpshaw Fen RSPB.
Garganey x 3 still west of track to hide at Buckenham Marshes RSPB.
Curlew Sandpiper, Spotted Redshanks x 3 at Breydon Water.
CASPIAN TERN Adult. on scrape – from Potter Heigham church, walk north along lane to sharp bend, then take track east then north, through wood and follow Weavers' Way east at Hickling Broad NWT.

MEGA! WESTERN SANDPIPER again on main lake just east of sluice at Tacumshin, County Wexford, Ireland.
MEGA! AMERICAN WHITE-WINGED SCOTER again, 4 miles NNE of Aberdeen just south of Blackdog off south end of golf course, Aberdeenshire.
MEGA! HUDSONIAN WHIMBREL still 4 miles east of Penzance, 500yds west of Perranuthnoe at Boat Cove, Cornwall.
MEGA! DALMATIAN PELICAN 1.25mls SE of Devoran, still at Restronguet Creek off Point Quay, Cornwall.
