Another from the archives. The switching on ceromony for the electricity at Holme Bird Observatory! I can remember helping to dig that trench, along with mother, father and John Brown. Mother said that she and John Brown dug most of it! Lynn News & Advertiser (as it was called then) 2nd May 1980.
