I watched a female Pied Flycatcher catching flies in the large sycamore opposite my house this morning, but it flew off before I could even think about getting the camera out. Later on I watched three Bar-headed Geese very distantly in Lerwick Harbour, which Phil H. had found. Ordered some very sturdy and good quality garden furniture from Huws Gray, massively cheaper than elsewhere here and being delivered and put together for free – excellent service. Alex was at my house again today to do more taping and filling of the plasterboard.
