Well, the last few days have been soul destroying to say the least. Spending three days by yourself and feeling ill is not funny. Need to get some air tomorrow and get back into the human race before I lose my mind!
It's been dull as ditch water all day here in King's Lynn, not sure if its the gloom of the Saharan smog or the weather's just rubbish! Probably both!
With migrants starting to filter through Norfolk this week, there should be a few birds to enjoy if you search hard. Don't rely on the pagers, good and LOOK yourself. Seek and you shall find! Good Luck!

dry, however there is a chance of some light outbreaks of rain at times
