Went to work today, but I was in agony. Had GP appointment at 11am and was prescribed better pain relief than you can get over the counter and have to ring on Monday for an emergency Physio appointment, fingers crossed. Bought some BOOTS Freeze Spray to put on shoulder. I have Voltarol gel but can't apply this myself, as not a contortionist! The spray gave me a temporary light relief, expensive but worth it. Very sunny here today and this is a Black Redstart showing well at Leebitten, wouldn't mind seeing that at the weekend.
