Interesting that RBA seem to now know the area that the Tengmalm's Owl was and still around on Tuesday – this has not been mentioned on our WhatsApp groups. Oh well, if it has actually moved on and its not a cover up, then Scalloway could be a good bet. I will have a thorough check tomorrow in pouring rain after my physio appointment if I feel up to it.
