Norfolk Bird News via 'Rare Bird Alert'
BEE-EATER still early morning, but no further sign after 8.30am, North Market Road, near BT building at Winterton.
RED-BREASTED FLYCATCHER fem. still, in bushes by cricket ground behind Lesley Curtis bench at Overstrand.
Black Redstart in beer garden at Lord Nelson pub, Short-eared Owl at Nelson Head track at Horsey.
Dotterels x 8 viewed east from minor road between Choseley and Thornham, SW of Choseley Drying Barns. Also Snow Bunting by 2nd telegraph pole, south of parking area
TURTLE DOVES x 2 on East Trail at far end of horse paddock, Little Stints x 2, Arctic Tern on freshmarsh at Titchwell RSPB.
TURTLE DOVE, Short-eared Owl at Snettisham Coastal Park.
Garganey still on lake at Felbrigg Hall NT.
WHITE STORK flew south at 1.45pm over Heacham.
Black Terns x 2, Garganey x 4 at Welney WWT.
TURTLE DOVES x 2 at Weybourne.
TURTLE DOVES x 3 along Firs Road, Short-eared Owl over grazing marsh at Holme.
Whinchats x 2 on footpath to Dauke's Hide at Cley NWT.

GREAT REED WARBLER still, singing at Paxton Pits NR at Little Paxton.

MEGA! DALMATIAN PELICAN still at Drift Reservoir, 2 miles west of Penzance, Cornwall!!!
MEGA! GREAT SPOTTED CUCKOO in observatory garden at Portland Bill, Dorset.
MEGA! SNOWY OWL on Bryher and Tresco, Isles of Scilly.
MEGA! LAMMERGEIER imm. re-found, Dartmoor, 3.5 miles NNW of South Brent flew NE over Avon Dam Reservoir at 11.35am and seen up until 9pm, Devon [presumed to be a wild bred bird from reintroduced population in Alps].
MEGA! GREEN WARBLER still, Baltasound, Unst for 3rd day, trapped & ringed, Unst, Shetland.
