Western Oriental Turtle Dove (form meena) again in ploughed field west of Loch of Hillwell.

After work this evening I went to Burnbank in Lerwick to see if I could hear or see the recent Grasshopper Warbler. No sight or sound of this, but a Sedge Warbler and a Skylark were singing and also saw a Red Admiral butterfly. Another day of glorious sunshine here. Now on holiday for the next 10 days!
