Red-backed Shrikes x 2 (male & fem.) at Skaw, Quail singing at Hamister, Whalsay.

 
Finally sold the large rug I had for sale this evening. I was going to start putting the fourth bookcase together, but no energy after work, so laid out all the pieces ready to put together on Wednesday evening.

Not heard from either of my sisters for a couple of days, I'm guessing they are both roasting in the heat down south, that we don't have here. The weather was better today and its forecast to improve further over the next few days – my plants need sun much more than any more rain! 🌞
