A Busy Day!

SATURDAY 5th AUGUST
A very busy day, with the Hospice at Home team arriving this morning, a District Nurse to sort out a catheter for mother so she doesn't have to get up every 45 minutes, Virtual Ward Team early evening, another District Nurse later this evening as I was worried that mother was becoming very unsetttled, confused and our first Marie Curie Night sitter from 10pm until 7am!
