Covid-19 – Day 7!!!

I didn't take any Oramorph last night – I wish I had. Another long night of no sleep. Wrecked again today. Still have a mild temperature, and skin sore to touch, especially on my back. Topped up the bird feeders. Did some marching outside in the garden in foggy weather. Can't keep awake to even watch 'The Voice', which I love, so now attempting to go to bed, good night.
